Investing in the Fleet That Delivers Your Freight and Why Our Move to an all Renault Fleet Matters

Fleet news doesn’t always mean much to customers. New trucks, new badges, manufacturer names, on the surface, none of that changes what really matters: your freight arriving as planned.

But behind the scenes, the vehicles we choose to operate play a big role in how consistently we can deliver.

At Trucklink EU, we’re moving toward an all-Renault fleet, with the latest addition of Renault T-Range Turbo Compound units now in service. While the headline might seem minor, the practical impact is anything but.

Standardising our fleet means fewer variables day to day. It allows our drivers, engineers and planning teams to work with equipment they know inside out, reducing downtime and improving how smoothly jobs run from collection to delivery.

We’ve already seen improvements in fuel efficiency from the new units, helping us operate more predictably in a market where costs and conditions continue to fluctuate. Combined with long-term maintenance support from our long-standing partner, Hexagon Leasing, this gives us better control over vehicle availability and performance.

For customers, this isn’t about flash new trucks for the sake of it. It’s about quiet improvements that strengthen the service you rely on, without disruption.
